The Weekend....

The Weekend.......

Had a to do list as long as my arm and accomplished little. Went into town on Saturday to get a few groceries, but first we stopped at an indoor hall sale. It was mostly used/garage sale type stuff. It has been running for a year or so now, many different sellers set up with a table full of goodies. 

I picked up a silver bangle style bracelet as well as a ladies watch. I have been picking up watches here and there with the goal to make a bracelet with them. 

Notice how small the band is on the watch?

I will polish up the

bracelet and wear it. 

I also picked up this set of Angles ornaments made with safety pins. Looks like one is having trouble with her wings, so will have to fix that.

They are about 2 1/2 inches tall, I imagine lots of fiddling to make these. For 50 cents they were a steal.

Clocks were turned back an hour on Saturday....I have still not recovered lol!!

Sunday this is what I woke up too...

Snow snow and more snow...oh and wind. The plan was to get some more Christmas lights up, and some is all we did. We are so far behind this year, just too many things have got in the way, also lack of ambition on my part is not helping! 

I will share more pictures when it is all done.
