Lighted Picture

I came across some interesting youtube craft videos and thought I would give one a try. 

Pretty simple, gift bag, picture frame and a set of battery operated lights. 

 I have a stash of picture frames, so used black one that I had on hand. It is 12 1/2 x 18 1/2 inches. Gave it a quick sanding and a few coats of sloppily applied paint. Picked up this cute gift bag at the Dollar Tree the other day, cut it to fit the frame. Simply tape down the lights to the back of the gift bag.

This was a super easy and fast craft to do. Took longer to wash the glass than anything else.

I did several layers of paint thinking that I might distress the edges a bit, but like it the way it is with bits of red showing through. 

Battery pack taped to the back. I plan on making several more, so much fun to do.
