Fast Supper

Along with all the daily chores around here and decorating for Christmas making supper seems to be the last thing on my mind.

I came across this idea on a blog (and now I can't find it again to give credit)

This is my version of a cookie sheet supper.

I placed fresh shredded by me cheese, Parmesan and an apple wood smoked one, on about 1/3 of the sheet. I will never use packaged shredded Parmesan cheese, I like cheese, not wood pulp!

After scrubbing the potatoes, cut them in half and dip the cut end in melted butter, place the cut end on top of the grated cheese. I also added some garlic salt to the melted butter.

I used mild Italian pork sausages in this picture, but have also used pork chops as well.

Washed, peeled and cut carrots (careful to not let the dog see you with the carrots, they are hers!!) and chopped onions tossed in a tiny bit of Olive oil and salt & pepper.

400 oven for about 30 minutes then maybe another 15 or so at 350. Turing the sausage and stirring the carrots and onion after 30 mins.

Super easy and tasty supper.
No matter what I cook, I just have to fill the pot, pan, dish or whatever the heck I am using right to the top!! This was enough for 5 meals for us.

Until next time....
Happy Cooking!!!
